The Holder collects personal data provided by users:
when using the form in the "work with us" section and/or sending the Curriculum to the dedicated address.
The personal data requested may include, in addition to the personal and contact data, all the information contained within the Curriculum Vitae, should the user send it to the Owner through the channels provided.
when sending a message using the contact channels and/or contact forms on the site.
The optional and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms on the site, involves the acquisition of the sender's contact data necessary to provide feedback, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Navigation data
The Owner collects data related to the user's use of the Web site.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
Obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
Monitor the proper functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (subject to any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Purpose of processing
Depending on the type of processing to be put in place, the Data Controller uses the data collected and/or provided by the User for the following purposes:
To provide feedback to any communications, requests for information and/or services from users by sending a message using the addresses and/or contact forms on the site;
to provide feedback to any applications from Users submitted through the appropriate form in the "work with us" section or by using the contact addresses on the site;
manage and control risks, prevent possible fraud, insolvency or default; prevent and manage possible litigation, take legal action when necessary.
Legal basis for processing
With reference to the purposes stated in the previous paragraph, the legal basis for them is, with respect to the point:
the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject;
the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. The processing of special categories of personal data, if they are present within the Curriculum Vitae of the Interested Party, is carried out if necessary to fulfill specific legal obligations, in particular for the purpose of establishing the employment relationship (art. 88 of EU Regulation 2016/679), as well as to ensure equal opportunities in employment (cf.aut. gen no. 1/2016).
the need to pursue the legitimate interest of the data controller (particularly with regard to the prevention of fraud and insolvency).
Data recipients
The personal data processed by the Holder are not disseminated, i.e., no knowledge of them is given to unspecified individuals, in any possible form, including making them available or mere consultation.
They may, on the other hand, be disclosed to workers working under the authority of the Data Controller. On the basis of their roles and work duties, these workers have been empowered to process personal data, taking into account their respective responsibilities and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Controller.
The Owner has engaged third-party service providers in connection with the operation of the Web site, such as hosting service providers, IT maintenance service providers, as well as service providers that enable the integration into the Web site of other features that you may use at your discretion.
Such service providers, designated as Data Processors, are provided only with the personal data necessary to provide the corresponding services and are not allowed to use or disclose the personal data of data subjects for other purposes without the prior consent of the data subject.
Finally, the data may be communicated to parties entitled to access them by virtue of provisions of the law, regulations, and EU regulations.
Data Transfer
Under no circumstances does the Data Controller transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
Data retention
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Thereafter, personal data will be retained and not further processed, for the time stipulated by current civil and tax regulations.
The data collected when using the form in the "work with us" section and/or sending the Curriculum to the given address will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 12 months after receipt of the data.
In the event of any litigation, the data collected will be retained for the duration of the litigation, until the time limits for appeal actions are exhausted.
It should also be added that, in the event that a user provides the Data Controller with personal data that is not requested or not necessary for the purpose of performing the service requested or the provision of a service closely related to it, BERNARDI EVO S.R.L. cannot be considered the owner of these data, and will provide for their deletion as soon as possible.
Rights of the data subject
In relation to the data subject to the processing referred to in this notice, the data subject shall be entitled at any time to:
to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and information relating to them (Art. 15 of the GDPR); rectification of inaccurate data or supplementation of incomplete data (Art. 16 of the GDPR); deletion of personal data concerning you (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Art. 17, para. 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); limitation of the processing of your personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in Art. 18, para. 1 of the GDPR);
to request and obtain from the Controller - in cases where the legal basis of the processing is a contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means - your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, including for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to personal data portability - Article 20 of the GDPR);
Object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of special situations concerning you (Article 21 of the GDPR).

If the data subject believes that the processing of his or her data is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations, he or she may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority - www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or take the matter to the appropriate courts (Article 79 of the GDPR).
Refusal to provide data
In the event that the Interested Party does not provide its data identified as necessary for the performance of the requested service, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the processing related to the management of the aforementioned service, nor the fulfillments that depend on it.
Automated decision-making processes
The Controller does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making on individuals' data.
